Javier is member of the board of Pluswerk AG, a digital agency with 150 employees and 10 locations worldwide. After studying computer science and Marketing Management he founded a web agency in 2000. From the start on this agency worked with TYPO3 and was therefore one of the early adopters. Today he is responsible for New Business, Marketing, Human Resources and Contract Management. Since 2014 he has been the host of the TYPO3 Conference.
